We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our New Product Development team. The Content Writer will play a crucial role in creating compelling and engaging content for our new organic food products across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and sustainability, along with excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and persuasive content.

What are we looking for:

1. Collaborate with the New Product Development team to understand product concepts, features, and benefits.

2. Research and gather information on organic food trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences to inform content creation.

3. Develop creative and engaging content for product descriptions, packaging copy, marketing materials, and digital assets.

4. Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that communicates the unique selling points and benefits of our new products.

5. Adapt content to suit different platforms and target audiences, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

6. Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.

7. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to organic food labeling and marketing.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall success of new product launches.

10. Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, preferably in the food industry or related field.

3. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.

4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with target audiences.

5. Knowledge of organic food trends, sustainability practices, and consumer preferences.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).

7. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
