'Asu' is a quaint small village in the Phaltan taluka of the district of Satara, some 95 km away from the district headquarters of Satara.
We have been upto exciting work here in Asu, at Dhirendra Raje's farm, that has been organic for several decades where his great grandparents practised natural farming.
Alongside Dhirendra, we run a fully equipped production facility that we are calling the Asu Makery - we make our Imli pickle here at Asu.
