This oil is prepared using the traditional way with the wooden pestle slowly squeezing out the oil from naturally dried coconut kernels. This slow process prevents excess heat generation and helps retain all nutrients, the rich natural flavour and the aroma.
Free from trans fats and is an excellent source of antioxidants. Traditional Indian wood pressed oil that contains heart healthy MUFA (Mono unsaturated fatty acids).
