Do the Makkhan Biskoot contain Baking powder and/or baking soda?
No. That’s why we call this our signature recipe - these cookies are made without any trace of artificial baking agents, refined sugar or refined butter. It took us a year to perfect this recipe, we have used generous amounts of A2 Gir Cow Makkhan which behaves differently with every batch and is tricky to get right in baking! But we weren't willing to compromise on nutrition and deliciousness!

2 months before opening. Once opened, it must be consumed within 1 week!
Do the cookies contain refined sugar?
No. They are sweetened using the TBOF Handmade jaggery
