USAGE INFO - IMMUNITY BOOSTING POWDER

Mix half a tsp of immunity boosting powder with water or TBOF desi ghee.It can also be added to cooked food in many different ways.

Mix it into the other spice marinades.

Add it to a chaat seasoning.

Mix it into a hot cup of tea

Add a little bit to warm milk before bedtime.

USAGE INFO - DAILY DIABETES POWDER

Mix ½ tsp in 1 cup warm water, half an hour before meals, twice per day.  The mix can be brewed into a tea or added over meals.
