  • 1 tsp. honey 
  • ½ tsp. cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg powder
  • 1tbsp. lemon juice


  1. Take a mixing bowl and add mashed bananas, 1 tbsp. ghee, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
