The mix is absolutely awesome! It has a natural sweetness without any added sugar, which is a big plus. The flavor is rich and well-balanced. However, I think it would be even better if the mix were ground into a slightly finer powder for smoother consistency. Additionally, a little more saffron threads would really elevate the flavor and aroma, giving it that perfect touch. Overall, it's a great product with room for just a couple of small improvements.
For a person struggling with IBS, i was unable to digest normal wheat chapati. After shifting to khapli wheat flour I am back to eating normal food due to its low gluten. The chapatis are soft and easily digestible. Reminds me of the chapatis which we used eat in childhood. Kudos to your efforts.
