Surprisingly it doesn’t taste strong / bitter. The cooked dal / subji smells same and is infact lighter.
The rock salt is the best quality one I have tasted till date
It is good and has coarse texture that means fiber.
I can’t say enough good things about this atta. After educating myself about different’ whole wheat flours ‘ , I knew I am making the right choice with this. The rotis turn out delicious and we feel the difference in the gut health, highly recommended

I can't express enough about the quality of the flour. Very first bite of the roti and you can feel the difference in the taste as compare to normal store bought atta.
