The date palm jaggery from TBOF is the best alternative for white sugar. The jaggery cubes are extremely easy to use and store.

My throat doesn’t react well to the vinegar and acidity in pickles . So, to my excitement I found this pickle made with ingredients that suit me well. Also, it is delicious without swimming in too much oil like other pickles in the market.
