We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience launching new product categories or variants, driving launch right from conception to GoLive - Ecommerce experience would be mandatory.

Working with the Farmer Relations team to identify farmers who can be onboarded, as well as work with our community of farmers and the Purchase team on the final product.

Work closely with all production teams to perfect and standardize recipes, ensure vendore contracts are materialized and signed.Finalize packaging and coordinate nutrition lab tests with the packaging, content and design teams.

Work with our Analytics team to finalize costing and conduct margin analysis. Having an understanding of the evolving food scene, trends etc.  A strong understanding of heritage grains, indigenous crops, traditional Indian cuisine and a food philosophy that connects with our’s will be important.
