TBOF Amla Muraba, also known as “Morawla” is made of freshly harvested Organic Amla. It is a Sweet Preserve with Medicinal Properties of Amla and Natural Sweeteners like Jaggery and Khandsari. Spiced up with Green Cardamom and Black Pepper till it's reduced to a thick texture for you to relish.

How is Amla Ka Murabba Is Made?

Amla Murabba or Morawla is made using freshly harvested Amlas, they are washed, steamed until soft and cooked in 75% Jaggery - 25% Khandsari with spices such as green cardamom and black pepper and reduced to attain a thick consistency.

It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.

Ingredients

Amla (Indian Gooseberry), TBOF Jaggery, Khandsari (unrefined sugar), Green Cardamom powder, Black pepper powder and Kala Namak (black rock salt)

Usage Info

Can be consumed in it’s Raw Form, or served as Sweet Dish or an after Meal Dessert
