Gir cow cultured ghee, fortified with sustainably grown Brahmi.


Ghee is clarified butter which is slow cooked over a fire which allows the fat solids to separate. The liquid part is skimmed off and poured into sterile jars. It is fortified with sustainably grown Brahmi. This ghee enhances the herb’s bioavailability by carrying the healing properties of the herb into deep tissues of the body.


Best used as a dietary supplement, 6-12 g to be had with warm Cow milk.

A2 milk, Brahmi leaf extract

It is best used when had as a dietary supplement first thing in the morning.1-2 tsp per day is the recommended dosage. In addition to the health benefits of desi ghee it is also a very tasty condiment to add to our native Indian recipes. 

Even a humble slice of bread can be elevated to a comforting snack by toasting it on the tava with some ghee and green chutney. A bread upma with sauteed onions, tomatoes and chillies, a sprinkle of turmeric powder and a good dollop of ghee makes for a warm bowl filled with happy vibes. The bread can also be replaced with mini idli or also poha. The ghee works splendidly with any of these staples.
