Versatile Cooking Oil for Indian Cooking
The Two Brothers Safflower Oil is perfect for Indian cooking techniques which require heating for a long period of time, like deep frying, shallow frying, roasting, sauteing etc. It is especially used for deep frying, sauteing and tempering spices (tadka) due to its high smoking point.
The High Oleic Acid seed variety
Basically there are two kinds of Safflower Oil, one high in Oleic Acid and the other high in Linoleic acid. The Oleic Acid seed variety is high in Mono-unsaturated Fatty Acids and suitable for deep frying while the Linoleic variety is more suitable for dressings!
The Two Brothers Safflower Oil contains high Oleic Acid and hence perfect for Indian cooking and deep frying.
It is 100% natural and contains no additives, preservatives or chemicals. It is unrefined.
