What is Amlaprash?
TBOF Amlaprash is a limited edition version of our traditional Chyawanprash recipe, with added amlas for an extra boost of Vitamin C and immunity.
It is made using fresh Amla or Indian Gooseberry, Mishri / Rock Sugar, Desi Ghee and other herbs. It aids digestion, is anti ageing, and helps maintain healthy skin, hair, teeth and bones.

What are the benefits of consuming Two Brothers Organic Farms Amlaprash?
Great for digestion. Amla or Indian Gooseberry is rich in fibre balancing stomach acids. It promotes the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients into the blood. It also provides relief in constipation, reduces flatulence, and relieves nausea and diarrhoea. Mishri also aids digestion.

What is the recommended dosage?
In the morning on an empty stomach, either 15 minutes prior to dinner or 2 hours after dinner. Do not consume anything for at least half an hour after consuming Amlaprash. One teaspoon could be taken twice a day for adults, and once a day for children.
Pregnant women should consult a physician before taking Amlaprash as a supplement.
