ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to spearhead our presence across ecommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with marketplace partners, driving sales growth, optimizing listings and inventory, and ensuring the seamless execution of ecommerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow TBOF's presence on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, improve rankings, and increase visibility on marketplaces.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and other stakeholders on key platforms.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversions, inventory and traffic) and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Stay updated on marketplace algorithms, policies, and emerging trends to leverage opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a superior customer experience.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in managing ecommerce accounts, preferably with exposure to food or FMCG products.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets on ecommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and promotional strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel and ecommerce analytics platforms.
- A passion for organic products and sustainable living is a plus!
