ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team and help us maintain and improve our relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and will have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product and service recommendations to customers. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
What are we looking for:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Resolve customer issues by researching and identifying the root cause of the problem, and taking appropriate corrective actions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and product recommendations
4. Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
9. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, as needed
Qualifications:
• Any graduate degree, or a degree in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of CRM software and tools
• Familiarity with customer service metrics and KPIs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Working Schedule
• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
