ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with inventory planning and operational execution in the ecommerce space.
What are we looking for:

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple platforms.

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely restocking.

Analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements to reduce holding costs and avoid stockouts.

Ecommerce Portal Management:

Handle product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

Ensure accuracy and optimization of product details (images, descriptions, keywords).

Monitor account health and resolve issues like suspensions, listing errors, or order discrepancies.

Reporting & Analytics:

Create and maintain performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint to track KPIs like sales, inventory turnover, and returns.

Generate actionable insights from data to drive business growth.

Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align operational processes with business goals.

Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in ecommerce operations or a related role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or others.
