Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Design Creation: Use various graphics software (like Adobe Creative Suite) to create designs. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
- Feedback Implementation: Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s image and goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and tools. Attend design workshops and read relevant books or articles to stay current.
- Printing & Production: Prepare files for print ensuring all files have the correct specifications. Oversee or liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality.
- Digital Media: Design web banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and other digital assets.
- Time Management: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
- Documentation: Archive produced images and graphics. Maintain and organize a digital portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
- Portfolio of previous work to showcase experience and creativity.
