2. Cost Optimization & Material Sourcing
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in packaging materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to source sustainable and efficient materials for packaging.
• Benchmark packaging materials and costs against industry standards to drive efficiencies.
3. Sustainability Initiatives
• Develop and implement sustainable packaging strategies, including reducing plastic use, increasing recyclability, and minimizing environmental impact.
• Research and propose new materials and technologies that align with sustainability goals.
4. Process Improvement & Innovation
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, manufacturing) to optimize packaging processes and technologies.
• Stay updated on trends in packaging materials, design, and technology to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in packaging development to improve production efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
5. Supplier & Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with packaging suppliers, ensuring timely and quality supply of materials.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, pricing, and sustainability.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
• Ensure all packaging meets local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., labeling, food safety, environmental standards).
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor changes in regulations and update packaging as required.
7. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Manage multiple packaging development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with teams such as marketing, supply chain, and production to ensure packaging aligns with product launches, timelines, and goals.
8. Quality Control & Testing
• Ensure packaging undergoes rigorous testing for durability, safety, and suitability.
• Work with QA teams to resolve any packaging-related quality issues.
9. Data & Reporting
• Track and report key metrics related to packaging performance (e.g., cost savings, material usage, sustainability goals).
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
10. Team Development & Training
• Mentor and lead a team of packaging development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical training to team members and ensure best practices in packaging development.

ABOUT TWO BROTHERS ORGANIC FARM
Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural
farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest
control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and
genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.
Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture
2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work
