Insides Sales Executive (International)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insides Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers via telephone, and persuasively communicating the value of our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Placed outbound international tele sales calls to prospective customers in designated regions.

2. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.

3. Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

5. Listen to customer needs and objections, address concerns, and overcome objections to close sales.

6. Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

7. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

8. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

9. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through WhatsApp chats & emails.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience in international Market, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

7. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

8. Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software..

9. High level of resilience, adaptability, and tenacity to handle rejection and overcome challenges.

10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

 

Working Mode – Work from office

Working Hours – US Shift

Working Days – Monday to Sunday (Week Off Rotational)
