Coconut Sap Sugar is a delicious alternative to refined sugar. It is made by making a cut into Coconut flower blossoms and collecting the dripping sap or ‘Neera’ and then reducing this sap until water evaporates to make sugar granules.
Usage
A nutritious and delicious substitute for white refined sugar. Can be used in hot or cold beverages, to sweeten desserts, dishes or to bake cakes and cookies.
