Spicy Amla Achar (pickle) is made using farm-fresh Amlas and traditional hand-pounded spices followed by Lacto fermentation technique which is an age-old method of making pickles.

Spicy Amla pickle is made using farm-fresh Amlas (Indian Gooseberries). The amlas are steamed and dried naturally before mixing with hand pounded spices - Byadgi Chilli powder sourced from the Byadgi region of Karnataka, Mohri Dal, Black Pepper, whole Kabuli Hing, Pink Himalayan Salt and pickled using unrefined sesame oil.

This pickle is handmade in small batches in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars) using lacto fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.

No Additives, Binders, Fillers and Preservatives.
Best before 6 months from manufacture.

It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.

Ingredients

Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Chilli Powder, Mohri Dal (split mustard seeds), Black pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida, Sesame Oil, Himalayan Pink Salt and Unrefined Rock Salt.
