Pickle made using native variety mangoes (Gavran Kairi), in Wood-pressed Sesame Oil. No artificial preservatives or synthetic flav are added. Does not contain synthetic vinegar.
This is a family heirloom recipe. Only Gavran Kairi (native variety, locally grown mangoes from Maharashtra) are used to make this pickle. It is made using traditional spices like Mohri Dal (Mustard split seeds), Black Pepper, Khada Hing (Asofoetida), Stone-ground Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Cloves, Fenugreek Seeds and Pink Himalayan Salt. This pickle is handmade in small batches using unrefined Sesame Oil in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars) using lacto fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.
Raw Mango, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Mohri Dal (split mustard seeds), Black pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Khada Hing (Asafoetida), Cloves, Sesame Oil, Himalayan Pink Salt and Unrefined Sesame Oil.
No Additives, Binders, Fillers and Preservatives.
Best before 6 months from manufacture.
