Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of customer service reps, ensuring smooth shift operations and high-quality service.
· Customer Support: Oversee customer inquiries and complaints, resolving escalated issues efficiently.
· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes to optimize performance.
· Training & Development: Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
· Reporting: Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and communicate updates to management.
· Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Shift Management: Ensure proper coverage and smooth transitions during the shift.
· Problem Resolution: Act as the primary contact for urgent customer issues, resolving high-priority concerns quickly.
Qualifications:
8-9 years of customer service experience, with 4-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing teams in flexible shift environments.
Immediate availability preferred.
