Black Mustard Oil:
Cold Pressed Black Mustard Oil (Kachhi Ghani or Mara Chekku) Oil made using Black mustard seeds grown locally in Maharashtra and Karnataka. Slow extraction is carried out to prevent nutrient loss.
Contains Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (Omega-3 PUFA). Alpha linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Contains Tocopherols which are a natural antioxidant.
