Description

Made using native variety Indian Gooseberries (Amlas) and Chaitri Roses sourced directly from Haldi Ghati in Rajasthan. Handmade in small batches using traditional methods. The jam is left to bake in the sun for almost a month in earthen pots.

It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.

Ingredients

Mishri (45.59%), Amla paste (28.49%), Rose Petals (14.24%), Jaggery (11.39%), Fennel seeds (0.14%), Cardamom (0.11%).

Usage Info

Amla gulkand can be had as is before or after meals. Mix 1 tsp of Amla Gulkand in 100ml of water to make a drink. Can be used as a topping on pancakes and toast or added to wraps and sandwiches. Wrap 1 tsp Gulkand with TBOF Mukhwas in a betel leaf to make stuffed paan, an excellent post-meal digestive and mouth freshner.
