Milled from ancient Emmer wheat grains, this flour holds 50% more fiber (than commercially available flour), is lab-tested, GMO-free, and made with a deep commitment to purity. In fact, we are India?s first and only Khapli Atta that is certified glyphosate-free, ensuring your everyday staple is free from harmful weedicide residues and truly nutri-rich in its natural goodness.

Our stone-grinding method preserves the wholesome qualities of the wheat, giving you a flour that not only has low glycemic index but is also easy on the digestive system. Kalanamak rice is a heritage variety grown in the Himalayan foothills, prized for its rich aroma, earthy flavor, and nutritional benefits. Naturally fragrant and unpolished, this ancient grain brings a wholesome, flavorful touch to your everyday meals.

The rice is white in colour, once the black/brown husk is removed.

Usage Info

Khapli Wheat Atta:

Flavor
: Nutty and slightly sweet, with a richer taste than regular wheat. Gets more intense when cooked.
Texture: Slightly denser than regular atta, creating chewier rotis with better structural integrity. Baked goods have a pleasantly rustic mouthfeel.
Aroma: Rich, wheat fragrance with earthy notes that enhance upon cooking.

Roti & Chapati Making: 

  • Make a smooth dough with 1 cup Khapli Wheat Flour and warm water, cover and set aside for 10 mins.
  • Divide the dough in equal portions and roll into circles.
  • Place the rolled out dough on a preheated tawa and cook on the both sides.
  • Puff on an open flame.
  • Serve hot with ghee.

Bread & Baking Applications

  • Take the required amount of Khapli Wheat Flour and add 2–4 tablespoons more water or liquid per cup of flour.
  • Let the dough rise for a little longer (15–25% more time).
  • The bread will be denser and more filling than regular bread.
  • Bake at a slightly lower temperature (20–25°F less) to stop it from getting too brown.

: Delicate, floral aroma with a subtle, buttery taste.

Texture: Soft and slightly sticky when cooked, making it ideal for traditional Maharashtrian dishes.

Aroma: Distinctive, sweet fragrance that intensifies during cooking.

Recipes: Steamed Rice: Rinse 1 cup rice thoroughly. Soak for 6 hours before cooking. Cook with 2–2.5 cups water. Fluff gently after cooking.

*Use an Open Vessel instead of a Pressure Cooker to maintain the aroma

Pulao/Biryani: Its aromatic nature enhances pulao and biryani. Use as a base for festive rice dishes.

Kheer & Desserts: The soft, sticky texture is perfect for rice puddings and sweet treats.
