Khapli wheat has been grown on the Indian subcontinent for thousands of years. Unlike modern hybrid wheat, it is naturally hardy, lower on the glycaemic index, and richer in micronutrients. We slow-mill our atta to preserve the integrity of every grain - its natural taste, texture, and nourishment - because we believe good food shouldn't need anything added or taken away.

Emmer Wheat Grain, Soy Flour, Bengal gram, Soy Protein Isolate, Finger Millet.

Usage Info
  • Roti - Mix atta with warm water and a pinch of salt, rest 15 minutes, roll and cook on a tawa. Finish with ghee.
  • Cheela - Whisk into a thin batter with water and salt, rest 10 minutes, pour onto a hot oiled pan and cook 2–3 minutes per side. Add onion, chilli, or coriander to taste.
  • Pancakes - Combine with milk, egg (or curd), sugar, baking powder, and oil. Rest 5 minutes and cook on medium heat until done.
