Then, after 24 hours of sprouting, they’re sun-dried under the open sky and finally milled using traditional stone grinders.

More than just a flour, it`s rich in protein, fiber, and essential minerals like calcium and iron, making it a gluten-free powerhouse for your kitchen. Further, its nutty flavor adds a unique charm to everything you create, whether it’s soft rotis, crispy puris, wholesome pancakes, or nutrient-packed cookies.
