Description

Ingredients
Raw Peanuts
Usage
Roast the peanuts using some rock salt in a kadhai. Using the salt as a medium to roast helps to evenly roast the peanuts and prevents overheating, thus helping to retain its nutrition. Snack on them or add them to your poha, upma and sabjis. The roasted peanuts can be coarsely pounded and added to sabudana khichdi, thecha and wadas. Can also be ground with other ingredients to make a chutney.
