1 Prepare the Dough
1. Knead khapli atta with water and salt into a soft, smooth dough. Set it aside to rest for a while.

2 Make the Stuffing
2. For the stuffing, mix sattu with mustard oil, salt, chopped chillies, and ajwain. Stir well to combine, ensuring the mixture is smooth and flavorful.

3 Stuff the Dough Balls
3. Roll the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball slightly, add a spoonful of the sattu mixture in the center, and seal the dough around the filling to form a round shape. Make sure the stuffing is sealed properly.

4 Roast the Littis
4. Roast the stuffed littis in a tandoor, oven, or on a tawa until they turn golden brown and crisp. Keep turning them for even cooking and crispiness on all sides.

5 Prepare the Chokha
5. For the chokha, roast the brinjal, tomato, and potato until charred and tender. Peel and mash them together in a bowl. Add mustard oil, garlic, green chillies, and salt to the mashed vegetables, mixing everything well.

6 Serve
6. Drizzle the hot littis with ghee and serve them alongside the chokha for a delicious and traditional meal.
