Nishit, though a Satellite Engineer by profession in Delhi, the ‘Mumbaikar’ or ‘Bambaiya’ in him always missed the authentic Mumbai Street Food, only second to, ‘Maa ke Haath ka Khana’ from a nostalgic and culinary fanbase perspective. Like any other city patron, this Mumbaikar grew up relishing Vada Pav, Dabeli, Misal and Pav Bhaji all his life.
Seeing this as an opportunity to serve the unsatiated taste buds of Mumbai Street Food fans in Delhi and armed with a positive personal motive to stay close to his city's food, Nishit created Bombay Boy in Delhi.
