A2 Milk Sourcing Executive

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented A2 Milk Sourcing Executive to manage procurement operations from Desi breed herds across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent milk procurement, quality control, farmer coordination, and smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute A2 milk sourcing from Desi breed herds (Gir and other native breeds) across designated sourcing regions.

  • Coordinate daily operations at MCC (Milk Collection Centers) and BMC (Bulk Milk Coolers).

  • Ensure milk quality testing, segregation, and compliance with A2 standards.

  • Manage milk transportation, tanker loading, route coordination, and timely dispatch.

  • Maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and local collection partners.

  • Monitor procurement volumes, control sourcing costs, and submit daily/weekly reports.

  • Support expansion of sourcing network in rural areas.

  • Ensure hygiene, quality, and operational discipline at collection points.

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in milk sourcing or dairy procurement.

  • Exposure to milk transport, tanker coordination, and cold chain handling.

  • Understanding of dairy quality parameters and rural operations.

Qualification

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or related field (preferred).
