Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will serve as a strategic partner, responsible for managing key growth initiatives, marketing projects, and data-driven decision-making processes. This role will blend high-level strategic responsibilities with hands-on project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of the CGO's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analytics, and experience working with senior
leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management:
● Lead and manage end-to-end growth and marketing projects, including new product development (NPD product launches, brand restaging, and packaging updates.
● Oversee cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, legal, production, and quality to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
● Support the CGO in driving cost optimization initiatives and promotional activities to align with overall business goals.
● Monitor and manage risk, ensuring project timelines are met and potential issues are escalated and mitigated promptly. -
Data Analysis & Insights:
● Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, etc.) to provide actionable insights.
● Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings, driving optimization in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
● Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across marketing and sales channels, providing real-time insights for data-driven decision-making.
● Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms. -
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
● Act as a liaison between the CGO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of key
strategies and decisions.
● Collaborate with product, marketing, customer support, and technical teams to align data
analysis with broader business objectives.
● Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights,
project progress, and areas of opportunity.

Cross-Functional Leadership:● Work closely with the CGO to support the execution of strategic growth initiatives
● Drive collaboration across multiple departments, fostering a cohesive approach to project management and data analysis.
● Ensure all teams are aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, playing a central role in orchestrating efforts across functions.
Qualifications
● Tier 1/2 MBA or undergraduate degree.
● 1-3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, consulting, or strategic project management.
