This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO and leadership team, driving key strategic and operational initiatives. The candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across different business functions, ensuring alignment with the companyās long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā 1. Strategic Initiatives & Execution:
Ā ā¢ Work with the COO to drive cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
Ā ā¢ Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and identify business opportunities.
Ā 2. Business Operations & Process Improvement:
Ā ā¢ Support operational efficiency initiatives across supply chain, production, e-commerce, and retail.
Ā ā¢ Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions.
Ā 3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Ā ā¢ Develop and track KPIs for business performance, ensuring leadership has access to real-time insights.
Ā ā¢ Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning efforts.
Ā 4. Stakeholder Management:
Ā ā¢ Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Ā ā¢ Engage with external partners, vendors, and investors as required.
Ā 5. Special Projects & New Initiatives:
Ā ā¢ Drive special projects related to technology implementation, sustainability, and business expansion.
Ā ā¢ Work on policy frameworks such as ESOPs, employee benefits, and organizational development.

Qualifications & Experience:
Ā ā¢ MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.
Ā ā¢ Experience in agriculture, FMCG, e-commerce, or D2C businesses is a plus.
Ā ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Ā ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
