Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Domestic Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. The role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound tele-sales calls to prospective customers within the domestic market to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the companyās products/services and clearly communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements, address queries, and handle objections to successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through effective after-sales support and service.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and specifications.
- Follow up on sales inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into business opportunities.

Qualification:
bachelorās degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
