Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flour Miller with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in flour milling operations. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, quality-focused, and willing to relocate to Indapur. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor flour milling machinery efficiently
- Ensure proper cleaning, conditioning, grinding, and packaging of wheat
- Maintain consistent product quality as per company standards
- Monitor production parameters such as moisture, extraction rate, and yield
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards in the mill
- Record daily production data and report any issues to the supervisor
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a flour mill or related grain processing unit
- Good knowledge of milling processes, machinery, and quality control
- Ability to operate roller mills, sifters, purifiers, and related equipment
- Basic understanding of safety and food quality standards
