Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – TC to manage Tracenet operations, transaction certificates, and documentation related to organic certification processes. The role involves ensuring accurate data management, compliance with certification standards, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry on Tracenet software.

  • Create, update, and manage lot records on Tracenet with complete documentation.

  • Handle inward and outward stock transactions, ensuring proper daily record maintenance.

  • Apply for Transaction Certificates (TC) and upload all required supporting documents on Tracenet.

  • Maintain documentation for ICS, Processing, and Trading units as per certification requirements.

  • Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with organic certification standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and field staff for traceability and documentation accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Sustainability, or Environmental Science.

  • 1–4 years of experience in organic certification / ICS operations.

  • Strong knowledge of organic standards and traceability systems.

  • Good documentation, record-keeping, and coordination skills.

  • Willingness to travel to farm clusters as required.
