MAKE
NANI
LIKE
FLUFFY
ROTIS?
Take the Khapli Atta and add a pinch of salt for flavor. Gradually add lukewarm water while kneading the dough. It may feel a little coarse while kneading, but that’s because it’s stone ground (you won’t feel a difference while eating).
Cover the dough and let it rest for some time.
Divide the dough into small balls. You will notice that it is not stretchy like refined atta. Roll them out gently into thin, even circles
Place the rolled-out roti on a hot tawa (griddle). Cook it properly.
Smear a little A2 ghee on top for that melt-in-your-mouth softness and flavor.
Pair your fluffy Khapli Atta rotis with your favorite sabji. Trust us, you’ll feel your Nani’s love from the very first bite.

Khapli Atta is for those who refuse to settle for the ordinary. It’s for the health-conscious, the traditionalists, and the modern eaters who want more from their food. It isn’t just another flour—it’s a return to purity, taste, and health. If you are the kind of person who wants the best of the best, then this atta is for you!
While Khapli wheat has lower gluten than modern wheat, it still contains gluten. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance, it's best to avoid it.
If you have a wheat allergy, Khapli Atta is still wheat and can trigger allergic reactions.
While Khapli has a lower glycemic index, it is still a source of carbs. If your blood sugar is highly unstable or poorly managed, consult your doctor before adding it to your diet.
Heirloom seeds are those that have come into being, through a natural process of open pollination, have evolved in a specific region over time, some over 50 years or more. They have been passed down generations and they continue to bear the same traits season after season, generation after generation. They are hardy, nutritious and delicious.
