ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager - Auditor & Inventory Controller will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit strategies for inventory control. This role will focus on maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory auditing, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support both operational efficiency and organizational goals.

• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in inventory management and auditing practices to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory control, production, and finance, to align audit findings with operational needs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to inventory management and auditing processes.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, outlining findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
