Job Purpose:
Operate and monitor grain cleaning, milling, and grinding processes to produce consistent, high-quality flour/grain products while adhering to food safety, hygiene, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grain cleaning, milling, grinding, and sieving machines as per SOPs
- Monitor milling parameters such as feed rate, fineness, temperature, and yield
- Ensure correct grain mix, moisture levels, and product consistency
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards on the shop floor
- Record production output, yield, and wastage accurately
- Identify process deviations and report abnormalities to supervisor
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine checks
- Coordinate with maintenance and QA for quality and equipment issues
Minimize spillage, contamination, and product loss
Key Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā ITI / Diploma preferred (Food Processing / Mechanical)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 0ā2 yearsā experience in grain milling, flour mill, or FMCG food processing unit
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Basic understanding of milling processes, hygiene, and food safety
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Physically fit, alert, and quality-focused
Willingness to work in shifts
