Packaging & Label Designer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Packaging & Label Designer to bring our brand to life across physical formats. In this role, you will be responsible for translating the essence of our farm-to-fork philosophy into thoughtfully designed packaging that reflects purity, tradition, and premium quality.

This role goes beyond aesthetics—it requires precision in print production, regulatory understanding, structural awareness, and strong storytelling through packaging design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute end-to-end packaging design for new product launches—from initial dielines to final print-ready artworks.

  • Design compliant product labels aligned with FSSAI and other regulatory requirements while maintaining premium brand aesthetics.

  • Ensure technical accuracy in print production, including PMS selection, CMYK vs. spot colors, and specialty finishes such as foil stamping, embossing, and UV coating.

  • Research and recommend sustainable and innovative packaging materials aligned with the brand’s organic ethos.

  • Coordinate with printing and packaging vendors for color proofs, press checks, sampling, and quality control.

  • Maintain brand consistency across the complete SKU portfolio (Ghee, Honey, Grains, and other categories).

  • Manage artwork version control and maintain organized design archives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in packaging design, preferably in FMCG or food brands.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, label design, and print production expertise.
