Job Purpose
Supervise daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-compliant manufacturing as per production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
тАв┬а┬а Execute daily production plan and achieve output, yield, and efficiency targets
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Supervise shop-floor operators and ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Monitor critical process parameters and ensure consistent product quality
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and compliance
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Ensure proper material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain production records
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Identify deviations, conduct RCA, and implement corrective actions
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Ensure equipment readiness and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and PM
┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Enforce safety practices and food safety standards (FSSAI)
Key Requirements & Preferred Skills:
┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Diploma / B. Tech / B.Sc. - Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred
┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а 0-2 years of shop-floor production experience
┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices
┬а┬а┬а┬а тАв┬а┬а Hands-on, disciplined, and people-management oriented
