Job Purpose
Supervise daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-compliant manufacturing as per production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily production plan and achieve output, yield, and efficiency targets
• Supervise shop-floor operators and ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure consistent product quality
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and compliance
• Ensure proper material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain production records
• Identify deviations, conduct RCA, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure equipment readiness and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and PM
• Enforce safety practices and food safety standards (FSSAI)
Key Requirements & Preferred Skills:
• Diploma / B. Tech / B.Sc. - Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of shop-floor production experience
• Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices
• Hands-on, disciplined, and people-management oriented
