Projects Executive

Job Purpose:

Support planning and execution of plant expansion, new installations, and improvement projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of engineering and plant projects

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

• Track project timelines, costs, and progress

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms

• Support commissioning and handover of completed projects

• Maintain project documentation and reports

Key Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• B. Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)

• 0–3 years’ experience in industrial or FMCG projects

• Strong coordination and documentation skills

• Willingness to work on-site

Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural
farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest
control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and
genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.
Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture
2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work
3. Circle of customers: Providing more customers with good food to have a positive impact on their
