Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter with strong experience in performance marketing and direct response copywriting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience writing high-converting ad copies for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital performance channels. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer psychology, conversion-focused messaging, and the ability to create compelling content that drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting ad copies for performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital platforms.
- Develop direct response copy focused on driving clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Create and optimize ad headlines, hooks, captions, and scripts for campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of copy variations to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Understand customer personas and craft persuasive messaging aligned with brand voice.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize copy for better conversions.
- Work closely with the growth team on campaign ideation and launch strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in Performance Copywriting / Direct Response Copywriting
- Proven work in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Understanding of consumer psychology and conversion optimization
- Experience working with D2C brands is a plus
Qualification:
bachelorās degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
