Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Executive ā Quality (Ghee & Jaggery) responsible for monitoring and supervising manufacturing operations at the Bhodani Unit. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control compliance, and maintaining product standards for ghee and jaggery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the manufacturing process of ghee and jaggery to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards during production.
- Oversee critical process parameters and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and QA teams for raw material quality validation.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and reporting.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal quality systems.
- Travel to sourcing or related units as and when required.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science.
- 3ā4 years of experience in dairy or jaggery manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of milk, ghee, and agri-raw material quality standards.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of ghee processing and jaggery manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of milk quality parameters and raw agri-commodity standards.
- Good coordination and process monitoring skills.
- Willingness to travel if required.
