Job Description:

Verification of License compliance of the Vendor as per FSSAI for the desired product
Finalization of Product specification with vendors ensuring the Right fitment of Food Categorizes & Compliance of the products as per FSSAI
Should be providing Legal Metrology mandates & ensuring compliance of the products in the business
Should be able to provide Product details as per FSSAI & Legal Metrology for the artwork.
Artwork Verification & confirmation as per existing & Upcoming regulation.
Validation & Verification of Nutritional analysis report, Shelf life analysis report, claim data received from Vendor or laboratory.
Ensuring end to end compliance of the product for claims, Product stability, Consistency of product quality, regulatory compliance, product testing.
Ensuring all compliance as per FSSAI for Own brand products.
knowledge of Product ingredients and Food Categorization as per FSSAI .
comprehensive knowledge of Food Laws, Quality Systems, Food Quality Audits.
