Videographer

Responsibilities:

● Plan, set up, and capture high-quality video content for various projects.

● Interpret project briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories through videography.

● Manage the entire video production process from pre-production planning to final delivery.

● Capture and produce engaging video content for different media platforms.

● Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure optimal production quality.

● Collaborate with editors, directors, and designers to address technical and creative challenges.

● Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in videography and cinematography.

● Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

● Conduct quality checks and reviews to maintain high standards in all video outputs.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas to enhance video content

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Videographer, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

● Passion for the food or farming space, with a genuine interest in sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices

● Excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to think outside the box.

● Experience in managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

● Knowledge of the latest video-making techniques and trends.

● Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

ABOUT TWO BROTHERS ORGANIC FARM


Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural
farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest
control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and
genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.
Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture
2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work
3. Circle of customers: Providing more customers with good food to have a positive impact on their
