ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for managing WH processes for International orders – Order processing, dispatch, documentation, error control and continuous coordination with customer service for requests/delays.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations, manage WH staff and good data management and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
· Order processing and dispatch for International D2C orders
· Order processing and dispatch for Amazon US/Australia orders
· Coordination with production/replenishment team for restocking of low stock products
· Daily reporting of date wise order processing and pendency
· Daily update on delayed dispatches to customer service
· Continuous coordination with customer service on customer requests, queries, complaints
Qualifications:
· Graduate's Degree
· 1+ yrs work experience
· Understanding of export documentation
· Acumen to grasp and handle operations on WMS
· Excellent analytical, data management and reporting
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
