  • Singhara Puri - Knead Singhara Atta with mashed potato, sendha namak and ghee. Roll into puris and deep-fry in ghee until golden.
  • Singhara Paratha - Knead Singhara Atta with mashed potato, sendha namak and ajwain. Roll and cook on a tawa with ghee until golden.
  • Singhara Halwa - Roast Singhara Atta in ghee until golden. Add warm milk and jaggery, then stir until thick and glossy. Finish with nuts and cardamom.
