The vessel which the filter coffee is served in traditionally, is called a Davara. It comes as a set; a tumbler and a wide small cup. The hot coffee is cooled to drinking temperature by pouring it back and forth between the tumbler and cup; almost an art form, beautiful to watch and delicious to drink.

Care Instructions - Can be washed with or without soap under tap water. Once washed, wipe dry to avoid stains.

Brass oxidises naturally as it contains copper. The oxide stains can be removed and the shine can be brought back with a mild scrub of tamarind paste, a small slice of lime or Brass polishing powder (pitambari).
