Unsweetened pickle made using freshly harvested Haldi root, native variety lemon and spicy green chillies.
Medium spicy mixed pickle with fresh Haldi root, lemon, green chillies and ginger, handmade in small batches using traditional lacto fermentation techniques. This pickle does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar. The pickle is preserved in the natural juices from the lemon and in unrefined sesame oil. All ingredients are washed and naturally dried before pickling.
Lemons, Haldi Root, Ginger, Green Chillies, Cloves, Mohri Dal (split mustard seeds), Nigella seeds (Kalonji), Black pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida, Sesame Oil, Himalayan Rock Salt.
This pickle is prepared as per traditional methods, in Ceramic Jars and left to ferment for over 2-3 weeks, occasionally stirred once in a while until it fully matures.
